Eligibility
This Bolt Data Raffle Giveaway (“Raffle”) is open to all persons. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship
The Raffle sponsor is Bolt Data (“Sponsor”), located at 300 Poyntz Ave, Suite 200, Manhattan, KS 66502.
Entry Period
This Raffle begins on April 25, 2023 at 7:00AM PST and ends on April 27, 2023 at 7:00AM PST (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the Bolt Data sponsor table at Field Service Palm Springs located at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, 74-855 Country Club Dr, Palm Desert, CA 92260. At the table, follow the instructions to submit your raffle entry. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, company and email address. You must provide all required information on the date of the drawing to be eligible. This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Field Service Palm Springs or WBR Research.
Limitations on Entries
Limit one entry per person. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities will be disqualified.
Raffle Prizes
Two (2) raffle prizes will be awarded, which consists of One (1) Apple iWatch and One (1) Apple iPad. Winner agrees to accept the raffle prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Bolt Data is not responsible or liable for any warranty or guarantee relative to the Raffle Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by Apple.
Drawing
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the entry period taking place on or about April 27, 2023 at 7:00AM PST. Winner will be notified by mobile text message (SMS) and email. Inability to contact winner by SMS or email within six (6) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Bolt Data's discretion. Prize will be given in-person to winner within three (3) hours after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the raffle.
