Highlights from Dreamforce 2022

After two years of anticipating the return of in-person Dreamforce, the wait is finally over! The Bolt Data team was thrilled be able to attend the annual conference to celebrate all things Salesforce and network with fellow Trailblazers.

What is Dreamforce?

Since 2003, Dreamforce has been held annually in the heart of San Francisco, California where Salesforce is headquartered. It is one of the largest software and technology conferences and its purpose is to bring together the Salesforce community from around the world to network and learn - all while having fun. In 2022, the conference attracted over 40,000 attendees to Moscone Center from September 20-22. Notably, an additional 150,000 Dreamforce participants tuned in virtually to access live and on-demand events and content.

Exploring Innovations in the Service Lodge

Each year, Dreamforce attendees can learn more about individual Salesforce products and network with industry-specific peers by visiting various Lodges. There are a wide variety of Lodges including Sales, IT, Data, Marketing & Commerce and Service. Our Bolt Data team could be found primarily in the Service Lodge exploring all of the exciting innovations for Salesforce Service Cloud. With the future of service rooted in AI, bots and automation, our team enjoyed learning how Salesforce is keeping up with the rapid pace of digital transformation.

Bolt Data Connect Demos On-the-Go

The Bolt Data team showcased the innovative capabilities of Bolt Data Connect to fellow attendees while exploring Dreamforce. With remote connectivity and mobile device compatibility, attendees could experience Bolt Data Connect just as a service technician would in the field. They could see asset data livestreams, generate work orders, view real-time asset statuses and so much more, all from a mobile device.
