ProntoForms, a Bolt Data technology partner, gave attendees a demonstration of their Bolt Data Connect integration. The integration allows users to design point-and-click customizable workflows with contextual data integrated directly with Salesforce Field Service and ServiceMax. This empowers field technicians with real-time IoT asset data to better service customers.
