Innovative Connected Field Service Software Wins Salesforce AppExchange Demo Jam Competition
Bolt Data, a leading connected field service software and consulting firm, won Salesforce’s AppExchange Demo Jam for Solution Engineers with a demonstration of their connected field service solution offering, Bolt Data Connect.
Demo Jam is a game show style event hosted by Salesforce AppExchange where app partners demonstrate their most compelling app in a 3-minute live broadcast. The live audience, consisting of Salesforce Solution Engineers, asks the presenters questions and votes for their favorite demo at the conclusion of the event. The June 2022 Demo Jam featured Bolt Data alongside other software solution providers.
Frank VanLoon, Bolt Data’s Chief Technology Officer, demonstrated Bolt Data Connect on the Salesforce platform to showcase how Bolt Data Connect can visualize asset data, automate work orders, and monitor assets in real time. He simulated an MRI machine, highlighting the features Salesforce users can leverage, including the digital twin, data livestream, and automated response actions. Other innovative features shown in the demo included the ability to recommend available service technicians and create servitization plans with clicks, not code.
