Project Manager


A Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, or specified project component when working within a larger project structure.  The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project proposals in response to client requests for support; focused on understanding client needs and constraints, defining scope and deliverables, creating timelines, and determining the costs and resources required to meet client expectations.  The Project Manager will mobilize and manage high-performing project teams; ensuring the pre-requisite skills are available to deliver project commitments.  The Project Manager will develop, gain consensus upon, and execute project plans to agreed cost, quality, and timelines; including the management of risks and issues.  The Project Manager will manage client stakeholders; setting and managing client expectations through effective communications.  The Project Manager will ensure project benefits are clearly defined and realized in alignment with the client business case for change.

    Facilitate/Lead workshops to define project objectives, success criteria, scope, exclusions, timelines, methods/standards, individual roles and responsibilities, and project steering/governance.

    Establish and facilitate project meetings to remain current on delivery status, position upcoming activities, and manage risks; documenting and communicating key messages for stakeholders.

    Ensure functional requirements and solution designs are developed in alignment with industry standards, meets business requirements, and has been accepted by the key stakeholders.

    Liaise between clients and delivery teams to drive delivery performance, manage scope, manage risks, and remove barriers. Ensure client acceptance and sign-off of key project milestones and deliverables

Solution Architect


A Solution Architect is responsible for partnering with our clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement business solutions. The Solution Architect may operate as a project resource to a client delivery team, as a project resource on Bolt Data delivery team, or as a primary delivery resource accountable for end-to-end solution delivery. The Solution Architect is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with client and partner stakeholders; developing an in-depth understanding of business challenges, constraints, and opportunities. A Solution Architect is responsible for gathering, and confirming acceptance of, business requirements which have taken standards and industry and best practices into consideration. A Solution Architect is responsible for defining, and confirming acceptance of, the functional and technical design of the business solution. A Solution Architect maps business requirements to system configuration and defines technical specifications for development requirements; ensuring the business context of the requirements are thoroughly understood by the delivery teams. A Solution Architect is responsible for the successful implementation of business solutions; ensuring solution quality, business acceptance, and effective transition to support.

    Facilitate/Lead workshops to define Functional Requirements and Solution Design; providing industry best practice guidance and ensuring the proposed solution is scalable, maintainable, and meets business requirements.

    Review and transition requirements for system configurations and technology development with delivery and quality management teams; ensuring complete and clearing understanding of the solution requirements and business context.

    Liaise between clients and delivery teams to drive delivery performance, manage scope, manage risks, and remove barriers; including support for delivery activities (e.g., data mapping, system configuration, system testing).

    Document final solution, confirm launch readiness, lead solution deployment activities, lead knowledge transition to client support team, and confirm final business acceptance of delivered solution.

Technical Architect


A Technical Architect is responsible for partnering with our clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement technology solutions that are both innovative and cost-effective; ensuring the highest levels of business efficiency through Architecture best practices including encapsulation and reuses. The Technical Architect generally operates as part of a project team; focusing on the technical design and build of the overall solution and ensuring seamless integration of any custom elements. The Technical Architect maintains a relevant and deep technology skill set; obtaining certifications as necessary and adhering to industry technology standards. A Technology Architect is responsible for the successful implementation of effective technology solutions; ensuring solution quality, business acceptance, and effective transition to support. A Technical Architect is responsible for maturing the Bolt Data technology practice; enabling Bolt Data to deliver work smarter.

    Participate in Requirements Gathering and Solution Design activities; influencing decisions regarding effectiveness, dependability, flexibility, scalability, supportability, and total cost of platforms and supporting technologies.

    Partner with Solution Architect to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integration requirements; including the identification
    of key risks and estimations for delivery time, cost, and resources.

    Develop detailed technical design documents that align
    agreed to solution design specifications and liaise between clients, project leads, and other delivery teams to communicate status, drive delivery performance, manage scope, manage risks, and remove barriers.

    Lead technology design, configuration, and development activities, including database and environment migrations, across multiple projects; ensuring adherence to development standards, alignment to technical specifications, and delivery
    to agreed timelines.

Developer


A Software Developer is responsible for partnering with our clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement technology solutions that are both innovative and cost-effective. As part of the Development Team, they will utilize cutting edge cloud-based technologies, and proven industry best practices, to deliver customized software solutions to meet the client’s needs. The Software Developer maintains a relevant and deep technology skill set, obtaining certifications as necessary and adhering to industry technology standards. A Software Developer is also responsible for contributing to the Bolt Data technologies practice, enabling Bolt Data to deliver work smarter.

    Exceed Client expectations in all aspects of a contract, including verbal and written communications, project deliverables and by providing thoughtful and creative design solutions.

    Partner with Technical Architect to implement and provide feedback on technical specifications for custom development and system integration requirements; including estimations for delivery time.

    Develop detailed technical documents that align to solution design specifications; confirming understanding of solution requirements, architectural standards, quality controls, and release strategy.

    Focus on technology design, configuration, and development activities; ensuring adherence to development standards, alignment to technical specifications, and delivery to agreed timelines.
